Set in the beautiful countryside just outside the city of Worcester, we at Top Barn Activity Centre want to share the 500 acres of picturesque farmland running alongside the River Severn with you.

Access from the M5, M6, M42, and M40 is easy.

Fees

Lake Launch Fees

  • Canoe, Kayak and Windsurfing - £5 per person (3hrs)
  • Sailing Dinghy Launch - £10 per dinghy (3hrs)

Hire Charges (per 3hrs, additional £5 per hr after)

Water Craft:

  • Close cockpit kayak - £15 (3hrs)
  • Single sit top kayak - £15 (3hrs)
  • Double sit top kayak - £20
  • Open Canoe - £20
  • Hi-fly Windsurf Board and Rig - £20
  • Pico Sailing Dinghy and Rig- £30

Additional Kit:

  • Wetsuit - £2
  • Buoyancy Aid - £2
  • Kayak/Open Canoe Paddle - £2
  • Helmet (free of charge)

All the above can be hired subject to availability

All water users to have valid and current certificate of third party liability insurance for a min of 2 million pounds in one incident (copy given to TBAC)
All water users to have signed waiver form
All water users to be competent in use of water craft
All water users to sign the in and out log when using the water
